Q: How does SimpleVideoCapture work exactly?
A: SimpleVideoCapture is a web application that runs in the secure environment of the Learning Management System (LMS). Hook up a video camera to your computer, and you're ready to go in literally one click! When you are done recording, hit stop, and the LMS automatically syncs visual and audio to create a trackable lesson in your system. Another click, and you can assign it to students.

Q: How do teachers enroll students?
A: We make it as simple as possible. You can fill out an import sheet at a district or school level with the student information and we'll do the work for you. You can even organize your students into groups based on grade level, class, home room, or graduation year and assign specific teachers to have access to certain groups.

Q: Can an individual sign up for SimpleSchoolSafety?
A: At this time no, but we can work with you to speak to the person at your school who would be responsible for setting this up.

Q: You mentioned something about free posters regarding H1N1, how do we access those?
A: All resources are organized and contained in one central location within the Learning Management System.

Q: Is this a one time charge? ($995 for SimpleVideoCapture)
A: To use SimpleVideoCapture for the purposes of recording class during the H1N1 flu season, it is a one time cost for the entire school year.

Q: Do I need video experience to use SimpleVideoCapture?
A: No, not at all! SimpleVideoCapture was designed to be used by anyone - regardless of their technology proficiency level.

Q: Is SimpleVideoCapture a type of screen capture program?
A: No. SimpleVideoCapture is not a screen capture program. Rather it will capture all live classroom lectures, meetings, and group work!
