3 Simple Ways to Tackle Your Summer Goals
Well, folks…it’s officially here: SUMMER TIME! Time to get started with some things you’ve been meaning to do!
Here are three simple ways for you to tackle those summer goals:
1. Pick one summer goal first
There might be a huge list of things you want to achieve this summer (or in general) but it’s so much easier to accomplish them if you focus on one at a time.
Think of the dart board example. Imagine you had 5 dart boards (your goals) to choose from. Which one do you pick first? Will you forget about the others? Having lots of goals can be overwhelming. Pick one and start from there. Maybe even make a list of priority goals or ones you’re most eager to achieve. You can always add more!
2. Get organized
After taking action, setting a timeline and measuring progress is an important part of sticking to your goals. There are a variety of mobile apps that can help you track your progress, what days you will focus on it, and even offer reward points as you go along! 3. Have fun
Don’t bombard yourself with tons of pressure and strict deadlines. Introducing new habits or eliminating bad habits can be a difficult task. Take a breather, smile, and have fun!
