Nutrition Tip:
Keep a food journal. Sometimes we don’t realize how many calories we’re actually consuming throughout the course of a day. Tracking what you eat is an important part of weight loss and your overall health journey because it allows you to see exactly how much you’re consuming and keeps you accountable. Once you're aware of the amount of calories you're taking in, you can begin to make better decisions in the future. For the most accurate count, be sure to write down everything you eat. Taking a bite of something here and there can add up!
