Welcome 3: How to Register for Live Webinars
Background Note: Each new Basic (free) member at the Teacher Learning Community receives a series of emails to help them become comfortable with the site and all of its features. The Community is quite easy to use, yet it does help to have a bit of guidance at first, as there are so many features and tons of content to discover.
That's what the Welcome Series is all about, and we're reprinting sections of those emails here at the SimpleK12 site as reference or for those who have misplaced their emails.
How to Register for Live SimpleK12 Webinars
It's a piece of cake to register for live SimpleK12 webinars.
Here's how:
First, login at SimpleK12, with your email and password
Then, go to the webinar tab as shown here:
- Go to “Upcoming” for a chronological list of upcoming webinars. You will notice some events are grouped together, occurring on the same day with a common theme. This is often called a “Day of Learning.”
- Then just click “Register” and you are done.
- If you need more info on an event, click on the title for an overview.
- Be sure to check out the webinar sessions called “Getting the Most from SimpleK12” — it's perfect for new member orientation and runs regularly.
