Your new teachers are entering the classroom. Are they ready?

When you hire teachers who haven't completed a traditional preparation program, your team ends up building foundational onboarding, supporting non-certified teachers as they step into the classroom, and keeping training consistent, all on a tight timeline. We've heard you, and we built this to help.
Open roles, tight timelines
Shortages mean new hires often step in front of students before they've had full preparation.
Onboarding built in-house
Developing and maintaining foundational training takes time your team may not have.
Uneven experiences
Keeping preparation consistent across teachers, schools or locations is hard to do by hand.
Your own coaching matters
Foundational coursework should complement your mentoring and school-specific onboarding, not replace it.

The Charter & Private Teacher Essentials Bundle brings 10 Teachers of Tomorrow courses together as one teacher-readiness program, so your new teachers build the same foundation and your team doesn't have to create it from scratch.

Questions charter leaders ask

Is this a teaching certification?
