Distance learning isn't easy for most students, but it is particularly difficult for special needs students that require individualized education programs (IEPs). Join Dr. Michelle Cheasty as she shares strategies for transitioning your students' IEP goals from a face-to-face to a virtual environment. You'll also learn some online tools for organizing and delivering instruction, as well as how to document that your students' IEP goals are being met.

Dr. Michelle Cheasty-Christ teaches various college-level courses, as well as special education students in a K-12 school district in West Virginia. She completed her PhD in Education in 2011, and has been in education for almost 20 years, holding teaching licenses in K-8, Social Studies, Business Education, Special Education, Supervisor, Principal, and School Administrator.
