I Forgot My Teacher Learning Community Password, What Do I Do?
Background Note: Teacher Learning Community members receive 24/7 access to our help desk. While the Community is quite user-friendly, we've found that members do benefit from ongoing access to tech support and FAQ guides.

I forgot my Teacher Learning Community password, what do I do?
To retrieve your password, click here and enter your membership email address. Your password will be emailed to you.
Or you can click “Forgot your password?” link at the sign in box and it will take you to the request form. (To log in you will need both your email address and your password.)
Log in at SimpleK12.com.
- Click Login
- Click Forgot Your Password
- Enter Membership Email Address
- Click Continue
- Look for Password Change Email (If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.)
- (If you have filled out your member profile, use your Security Questions.)
- Click Forgot Your Password
- Enter Membership Email Address
- Click Continue
- Select Answer Security Questions
- Click Continue
- Answer the two Security Questions (These questions are from your member profile.)
- Click Continue
- Reset your password and Click Update
