Google Docs is an online word processor system — it's a powerful free app that you and your students can use to create, share, edit, and collaborate on documents, reports, and written assignments. An alternative to Microsoft Word or Apple Pages, Google Docs is increasing in popularity in schools. If you've used other word processors in the past, many of Google's formatting options will be familiar to you. However, Monica points out a few helpful tips to help you get started and learn the basics. There are a few neat features exclusive to Google Docs, so take a look!
