Robots in the Classroom?
Are robots the next big educational tech tool?
Robots as an edtech tool? Perhaps. I watch social media closely and it's my job to share some of the hot topics on Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and other outlets that teachers, principals, students, and parents are contributing.
Recently, EdTech K-12 Magazine tweeted about a robot named Sphero. This small circular robot helps students learn, not all unlike how an iPad might. Sphero helps students in physical education, programming, review games, and in other places too. You can read more about Sphero here.
So, what do you think? Are robots the next big #edtech tool? What examples have you seen of robots in the classroom?
