Responding to an emergency can be an overwhelming responsibility for anyone, especially if they have never been certified in First Aid or CPR. Join John Roche for this timesaving, to the point session as he provides insights into the principles behind handling a first aid scenario, cover how to prepare for emergencies, and discuss some of the common injures that you might encounter at home, school, or work. You never know when an emergency may strike, but being prepared can make all the difference.
